A popular get away every season of the year, Shaver Lake is located in the Sierra National Forest in Fresno County and only about 50 miles fromFresno. This great mountain destination is perfect for boating, swimming, sledding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and all around family fun! Sadly, the Creek Fire in the fall of 2020 destroyed many forest acres, homes and businesses in and near this community. But new growth is regenerating for future generations. #rebuildoursierras
